many people’s cravings list. Be-cause chocolates are high inmagnesium (especially darkchoco with 70 percent cacao con-tent), it may mean that yourbody is deficient from this miner-al. Natural sources of magnesiumare fish, nuts, leafy greens, andseeds such as sesame, sunflower.

Magnesium is good for theheart; it also relaxes the mus-cles. This is why you will noticechocolate’s relaxing effect on thebody within minutes of eating it.

If you choose to succumb to

a chocolate craving, go for darkinstead of milk chocolate. It ishigher in antioxidants and low-er in fat.
