Define layout and migration road map for applications, databases and batches.
Mitigate the information security risks if there are any in application, batch or database.
Define grouping of applications, Databases and batches for consolidation or isolation.
Align batch Jobs with application grouping and define plans to migrate batch jobs in the ACT stream and RMD stream.
Identify area of performance improvement and design solution to mitigate performance bottlenecks.
Identify areas to be automated using DevOps tools or custom made tools.

eCRM manage customer information such as customer name, demographics, job, accounts, etc. on a document level. This means that, information exists on each document created in the system; documents such as “Know Your Customer” (KYC), Call Report, Visit Report, Profile report and so on.All customer data is managed separately under each document, on an independent way. This means that all information is not linked under a single point and each document has an own version of customer data. So, every time a RM needs to update customer information, he needs to go to all documents created on eCRM and then, one by one, update the data.
