DESCRIPTION

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المتغيرات الشخصية والتنظيمية على واقع تفويضالسلطة لدى القيادات الإدارية في الوزرات الفلسطينيةوقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه من أكثر المناهج استخدا  ما في دراسةالظواهر الاجتماعية ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم عمل استبانة، وقام الباحث بتوزيعالاستبانات على أفراد مجتمع الدراسة ممن يعملون في الوظائف الإشرافية في الوزراتالفلسطينية بقطاع غزة، وتم توزيع 476 إستبانة على الموظفين وتم الحصول على 382.% إستبانة، بنسبة 80

  • Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of personal and organizational variables on the reality of the delegation of authority to the administrative leadership in the Palestinian ministries The researcher used a descriptive analytical method for being one of the most curricula used in the study of social phenomena and to achieve the objectives of the study was the work of a questionnaire, the researcher distributed questionnaires to members of the study population who work in supervisory positions in the ministries the Palestinian Gaza Strip, were distributed 476 questionnaire to staff have been obtained 382 questionnaire, by 80%. The study found the following results: the existence of a positive correlation statistically significant between the scope of supervision and clarity of regulations, procedures and process control, efficiency and skill, organizational structures, delegation of authority to administrative leadership. The study showed a statistically significant differences between the answers of respondents about the impact of personal variables and organizational on the reality of the delegation of authority to the administrative leadership due to gender, academic qualification, job title, years of experience, and showed no statistically significant differences in the response of the subjects of the study on the impact of variables personal and organizational on the reality of the delegation of authority to the administrative leadership to this area may be attributed to age. The study has come out with several recommendations was the most important: the need for attention to the delegation of authority and scope of supervision to the administrative leadership, and greater attention to clarifying the regulations and procedures of the Palestinian ministries to give employees the freedom to apply the law as required by circumstances, attitudinal, and a focus on the training of subordinates to make decisions and take responsibility, and focus the decentralization of authority to enable the lower levels of the organization decision-making, strengthening the role of women in senior management positions.
