The system can detect the voluntary motor intention of a person after stroke from the correlation between the brain and the muscles in the affected side by using surface electroencephalography(EEG) and electromyography(EMG). The system consists of an EEG-EMG controller, an external training device (e.g., a robotic hand for hand practice) and a telecare system for remote control. 腦功能訓練儀可以測量人體腦電波與癱瘓肌肉的肌電信號,以及

兩者間的共振頻率,從中檢測出中風患者的自主運動意念,用於

控制訓練設備(如機械手)幫助患者進行更有效的復康訓練。通

過這種自主運動意念的訓練,加強腦部與癱瘓肌肉之間的神經聯

結,從而提高患側肢體的運動功能。訓練儀運用了遙距軟件技術

A novel design of motor function training system is developed

for active stroke rehabilitation. The system can detect the

voluntary motor intention of a person after stroke from the

correlation between the brain and the muscles in the affected
