    The data base application is only use full for the present satisfaction onthe employees

    SUGGESTIONS:

    Human resources department should be more practical and efficient. Sothat job satisfaction more effective

    Stress should be given on proper maintenance of the data base of application for future aspects in the organization

    The stress should be given on knowledge, and the experience should be themajor criteria for the selection of employees

    More importance must be given to the candidates qualifications, and skillwhile scrutinizing the applications of prospective candidates

    Motivation is very important so as the organization have to implementationmotivational techniques effetely.
