Urmare a mai multor sugestii venite din partea unor crescatori care participa lacolumbodroame an de an, in toate colturile lumii, incepand cu anul 2011 am decis saintroducem o noua metoda de joc. Sistemul se bazeaza pe plata initiala a unei taxe deintretinere per porumbel, urmand ca, dupa efectuarea mai multor etape de concurs, incazul nostru pina la 220 km, sa se achite taxele de participare, suma acestora formandfondul de premiere. Metoda a fost deja folosita cu succes in China, la columbodromulChina National Race, dar si in S.U.A., la Vegas Classic Race si probabil va fi introdusa indin ce in ce mai multe columbodroame, deoarece s-a observat o crestere substantiala aparticiparii. Taxa de intretinere este la indemana majoritatii crescatorilor, se poateurmari evolutia porumbeilor inscrisi, se evita pierderea sumelor mari de bani datoratepierderii porumbeilor cum este in cazul in care taxa de participare este platita la inceput si,mai ales, se asigura premii consistente. Speram sa fiti in asentimentul nostru si saimbratisati acest nou regulament de joc la Balkanic Fair-Play 2011.

Conditii de participare:

1. Porumbeii inscrisi trebuie sa poarte inele din anul 2011.2. Primirea porumbeilor: 15 martie - 15 mai.3. Porumbeii trebuie sa fie sanatosi si vaccinati impotriva param ixovirozei cu cel

putin 10 zile inainte de aducerea in columbodrom.4. Porumbelul ACTIV se defineste ca fiind porumbelul caruia i-a fost achitata taxa de

activare.5. Numai porumbeii ACTIVI concureaza pentru premii.

Taxe si mo dalitati de plata:1. Taxa intretinere: 30 EUR / porumbel (se achita la aducerea porumbeilor). Uncrescator, tandem, sindicat poate inscrie un numar nelimitat de porumbei.2. Taxa de activare: 100 EUR / porumbel. Porumbeii se pot activa la orice data inaintede Semifinala (340 km). In cazul in care un porumbel se pierde dupa plata activarii si nueste imbarcat nici la Semifinala, nici la Finala, taxa de activare va fi returnata integral.3. Porumbeii neactivati cu 3 zile inainte de Semifinala vor fi publicati pe site si pot fi

activati de catre orice alta persoana. Eventualele premii castigate vor fi oferite persoaneicare a activat porumbelul, insa porumbelul va concura sub numele crescatorului initial(cel care a inscris porumbelul).4. Imbarcarea pentru Semifinala si Finala va fi efectuata, ca in fiecare an, de o comisieformata din mai multi participanti. Oricine doreste sa asiste este binevenit!5. Campionatul As-porumbel:1. Toti porumbeii participa la campionatul As-porumbel, insa numai porumbeii activatipot castiga premiile puse in joc.2. Castiga porumbelul cu cea mai mare viteza medie obtinuta in urma efectuarii tuturoretapelor de concurs, a Semifinalei si Finalei.3. In caz de egalitate, castiga porumbelul cu cea mai buna clasare la Finala.

Distribuirea taxelor de activare si prem iile:1. Totalul taxelor de activare se va fi imparti dupa cum urmeaza: 5% pentru premii laCampionatul As-porumbel, 20% pentru premii la Semifinala, 65% pentru premii la Finalasi 10% pentru organizatori.2. Totalul premiilor depinde de numarul de porumbei activati.3. Se vor premia 10% din porumbeii angajati la Semifinala si Finala, primii 10 porumbei

sositi vor primi trofee iar restul premiantilor, diplome. LaCampionatul As-porumbel se vor acorda premii si trofeeprimilor 3 porumbei.4. Mai jos este prezentat un exemplu de calcul al premiilorin cazul in care 500 porumbei vor fi activati inainte deSemifinala (340 km).

Licitatia:1. Primii 10% porumbei sositi la Finala vor fi intaiprelicitati pe site-ul columbodromului si apoi licitatipublic. Restul porumbeilor vor fi vanduti numai viainternet.2. Persoana care a inscris porumbelul va primi 50% dinsuma, dupa scaderea cheltuielilor licitatiei (fotografiere,procesare fotografii, comision site licitatie, etc)3. Contravaloarea licitatiei porumbeilor care nu au fostactivati nici de persoana care i-a inscris, nici de catrealtcineva, va reveni in totalitate organizatorilor.

4. Persoanele care nu trimit pedigree-le porumbeilorpana la data Finalei, isi pierd dreptul asupra celor 50%din valoarea licitatiei.5. Porumbeii ramasi nevanduti dupa efectuarealicitatiilor, devin proprietatea organizatorilor.

Generalitati:Organizatorii isi rezerva dreptul de a schimba saumodifica data / locul de efectuare a oricarui concurs, infunctie de conditiile meteo.Durata fiecarui concurs este stabilita de organizatori.

Following some advices from breeders who each year participate in one loft races aroundthe world, we decided to introduce a new system in Balkanic Fair-Play Race starting thisyear. The method is based on an initial payment of a feeding fee per pigeon followed by,after flying some races, in our case until 220 km, payment of participating fees (activation)whose sum will form the prize money fund. This system was already successfully used inChina, to China National Race and U.S.A. in Vegas Classic Race and probably it will bemore and more introduced to other one loft races. It has the advantage that the feeding feeis available for the majority of the breeders, one could follow the evolution of the pigeons,could avoid loosing big sum of money caused by the loosing of the pigeons as in the casewhen the participation fees were paid at the beginning, it substantially stimulates theparticipation and assures consistent fund of prize money. We hope to meet your approvaland to embrace these new racing rules for Balkanic Fair-Play 2011.

Conditions of entry:1. Entered pigeons must wear 2011 life rings.

th th2. Receiving of the pigeons: 15 of March 15 of May.3. Pigeons must be healthy and vaccinated against PMV at least 10 days before entering in

the loft.4. ACTIVE pigeon is defined as the pigeon whose activation fee was paid.5. Only ACTIVE pigeons are eligible to win prizes money.

Entry fees and payment methods:1. Feeding fee: 30 EUR / pigeon (to be paid when the pigeons are entered). A breeder,combination or syndicate of breeders may enter an unlimited number of pigeons.2. Activation fee: 100 EUR / pigeon . Pigeons could be activated any date beforeSemifinal race (340 km). If a pigeon whose activation fee was already paid got lost and willnot participate neither to Semifinal nor Final race, the activation fee will be fully returned.

3. Pigeons which were not activated 3 days before Semifinal race will be published on thewebsite and could be activated by any person. The eventual prize money will be offered tothe person who activated the pigeon but the pigeon will race under the name of the originalbreeder (person who entered the pigeon).4. Auction:1. First 10% arrived pigeons in the Final race will be firstpre-auctioned on the website and after there will bepublic auctioned. The rest of the pigeons will beauctioned only via internet.2. The person who entered the pigeon will receive 50%of the auctioned sum after the deduction of the expensesper pigeon (photo shooting and processing,

commission of the auction site, etc)3. The entire auction sum of the pigeons which were notactivated neither by original entrant or another personwill belong to the organizers.4. The breeders who do not send the pedigrees until thedate of the Final race will loose the right of receiving50% of the auction.5. Unsold pigeons after the organization of the auctionwill become property of the organizers.

General conditions:Organizers reserve the right to change / modify theliberation site of the races, depending of the weatherconditions.The duration of each race is at the discretion of the

organizers.

Ace-pigeon Champ ionship:1. All entered pigeons participate for the title of Ace-pigeon but only activated pigeons are eligible to winprize money.2. The Ace-pigeon will be the pigeon with the biggestmedium speed over the races, Semifinal and Final.3. In case of a tie, the ace will be the pigeon with the bestprize in the Final Race.

Distribution of the total amou nt of activationsfees and prize money:1. The total amount of activations fees will bedistributed as follows: 5% for Ace-pigeon, 20% forSemifinal, 65% for Final and 10% for organizers.2. The prize money depends on the number of activatedpigeons.3. First 10% arrived pigeons will be awarded with prizemoney in the Semifinal and Final race. First 10 arrivedpigeons will receive trophies and the rest of awardedpigeons will receive diplomas. First 3 classified Ace-pigeons will receive money and trophies.4. Below is an example of prize money calculation incase there are 500 pigeons activated before Semifinalrace.
