消费品论坛将全球战略覆盖于每个地区，分享实施最佳实践并与当地主要利益相关方接触。为了更好的保障中国企业在全球消费产业发展方面的发言权，消费品论坛（法国）上海代表处于 2018年 1月 2日正式取得境外非政府组织代表机构登记证书，并于 1月 9日办理完结登记手续。上海代表处的成立将为中国企业在国际舞台发声提供巨大的帮助。

The Consumer Goods Forum brings global strategies to each region, sharing implementation best practices and engaging with key local stakeholders. In order to better guarantee the Chinese members’ right to a voice in the development of the global consumer industry, the CGF China Representative Office formally obtained the overseas NGO registration certificate on 2nd

January 2018 and completed the registration procedures on 9th January. The establishment of the Shanghai Representative Office will provide tremendous help for Chinese members to speak on the international stage.

The Consumer Goods Forum is headquartered in Paris, with regional offices in Washington, Bogota, Tokyo and Shanghai. Objectives of GFSI China Local Group

利用 GFSI的理念和方法来协调食品安全管理体系，提高中国企业食品安全管理水平，提振中国消费者信心。

Elevating Chinese consumers’ confidence on food safety by leveraging GFSI’s philosophy and approach to harmonise food safety management systems.

努力协调、统一食品采购商和生产商的食品安全要求，建立“一处认证、处处认可”的互认体系。

Establishing a mutual recognition system based on GFSI’s vision to connect food purchasers and manufacturers, advancing the motto "Once certified, recognised everywhere" in China market.

• Parts audited as part of a GFSI-Recognized certification should not be re-audited during a

互联网食品安全组E-Commerce Food Safety Task Force

目标 • 深入推进中国网络零售食品行业新法规的出台，促进澄清行业中的模糊监管要求。• 深入推进中国网络餐饮行业新法规的出台，为建立网络餐饮行业食品安全管理机制、保证消费者食品安全做出贡献• 加强与互联网食品企业之间的沟通，建立有效的沟通渠道，逐步推动在联盟内乃至全行业的食品安全数字化转型

Objective

• Reorganize the E-Commerce Food Safety Task Force as the pilot sub-working group under CFSI according to the unique features of the fast-paced development of the China food

retail industry. Absorb more E-commerce companies to the task force.

• In this move designed to raise the stringency of the E-Commerce industry and deploy the

communication channels between supervision departments and industry stakeholders.

• Create guidelines on how to manage food safety risk in an E-commerce supply chain and

share with GFSI community.

2017年 10月 25日，GFSI中国工作组与中国 -新加坡吉林食品区合作举办的中小企业能力提升计划 -GFSI全球市场项目初级研讨会在吉林市政府机关会议室顺利举办，来自吉林地区农业、畜牧、食品生产加工以及食品销售等食品行业相关领域 200余家企业单位质量安全方面负责人参加了该研讨会。

GFSI中国工作组指导委员会副主席姚晖女士、严志农博士以及工作组成员江新女士、汪伟伟博士担任本次研讨会的讲师。

本次 GFSI中国工作组与吉林市地方政府合作举办的研讨会，旨在帮助吉林地区食品企业提升安全管理水平，完善食品安全管理体系，降低食品安全风险，提高安全危害控制能力，加强企业产品质量和提升市场竞争力，从而推动全球先进的食品安全管理经验和知识在吉林地区全面推广，推进吉林食品行业实现未来更快更好发展。

On 25th October 2017, the capability enhancement plan for SMEs - basic level seminar of GFSI Global Markets Programme jointly held by and between GFSI China Local Group and Sino-Singapore Jilin Food Zone was opened smoothly in the conference room of Jilin municipal government agency, which was attended by the persons in charge of quality and safety of more than 200 companies and units in the fields of food industries such as agriculture, animal husbandry, food production & processing and food sales in Jilin region.

Ms. Yao Heidi , the vice chair of the Steering Committee of GFSI China Local Group, Dr. Yan Zhinong and Ms. Jiang Judy and Dr. Wang Peter, the members of the Local Group acted as the lecturers for this seminar.

This seminar held jointly by GFSI China Local Group and Jilin municipal local government aimed to help the food companies in Jilin enhance the safety management level, improve the food safety management system, reduce the food safety risks, improve the ability to control safety hazards, strengthen the companies ’ product quality and enhance the market competitiveness, so as to promote the overall popularization of global advanced experiences and knowledge of food safety management in Jilin and promote Jilin food industry to achieve faster and better development in the future.

From 23th-24th August 2018, a two-day seminar for 2018 GFSI Global Markets Programme in Songjiang demonstration zone of export food quality and safety was held in Shanghai Jinfeng International Hotel.

This seminar was organised by Songjiang Customs, which was attended by nearly 80 people from more than 40 companies, and the seminar contents mainly included the Global Markets Programme manufacturing 2nd edition toolkit.

Ms. Yao Heidi, the vice chair of the Steering Committee of GFSI China Local Group, Dr. Xiong Chuanwu and Dr. Lu Youkai, the leader and member of Capability Building Group respectively, and Dr. Wang Peter, the leader of the Certification Programmes Harmonization & Implementation Group acted as the lecturers of this seminar.

On 21st November 2017, the opening ceremony and the first meeting of GFSI & CCFA joint working group were held in the conference room of Shanghai PricewaterhouseCoopers. Both parties cooperated on the seminar project for SMEs, the joint working group established was responsible for further development of related seminar materials based on the GFSI Global Markets Programme manufacturing 2nd edition toolkit.

In the meeting, the competency of the seminar lecturers, the operational mechanism of the seminar working group's executive committee, and the timetable for the development were confirmed.

On 6th June 2018, the third meeting of GFSI & CCFA joint working group was held in Beijing CCFA conference room. In the meeting, the experience of developing and compiling the basic level seminar materials was summarized, and the related seminar plan and the development and compilation plan for the 2nd edition of intermediate level seminar materials of the manufacturing industry were discussed.

2019年 9月 11日，大润发、欧尚、家乐福、联华超市四家上海地区零售商联合举办的质量提升联合行动发布会在高鑫零售总部会议室成功举办。四家零售商一致承诺将扶小计划和全球市场项目标准作为检验中小食品生产企业食品安全管理能力的标准。

On September 11, 2019, the qual i ty improvement action event jointly organized by RT-Mart, Auchan China, Carrefour China and Lianhua Supermarket in Shanghai was successfully held in the conference room of Sun Art Headquarters. The four retailers have unanimously pledged to use the Support Scheme for SMEs and Global Market Programme as the standard for testing food safety management capabilities of small and medium-sized food manufacturers.

2016年 4月，全球食品安全倡议（Global Food Safety Initiative，简称 GFSI）中国工作组经内部研讨，确定了“食品安全追溯法规 /标准研究”课题。2016年 7月成立项目组，2017年 9月完成项目报告初稿，2018年 2月在 GFSI内部发布了题为《食品安全法规 \标准收集及分析报告》（以下简称《报告》）的报告。

《报告》在 GFSI内部发布后得到了 GFSI成员企业认同，达到了研究成果在成员企业间分享、建立共识的目的。食品安全追溯需要“社会共治”，为了与更广泛的食品生产经营企业、监管部门及其他的利益相关方分享《报告》，GFSI中国工作组决定经出版社公开发表，倡导所有食品生产经营企业，不论规模大小首先建立“一步向前、一步向后”的食品安全追溯体系以满足相关法规和标准的要求。

此书的出版得到了沃尔玛食品安全协作中心和中国农业大学出版社以及社会各方的大力支持，并由陈君石院士为此书作序。

In April 2016, after internal discussion by Global Food Safety Initiative (here in after referred to as GFSI) China Local Group, the topic “Research on Food Safety Traceability Regulations/Standards” was determined, a project team was established in July 2016, the first draft of project report was completed in September 2017, and the report with topic of Collection and Analysis Report on Food Safety Regulations\Standards (here in after referred to as the Report) was issued in GFSI in February 2018.

The Report was accepted by GFSI member companies after being issued in GFSI, achieving the goal of sharing research results and building consensus among the member companies. The food safety traceability required “social common governance”, and in order to cause many other food production and operation companies, supervision departments and other key stakeholders to share the Report, GFSI China Local Group decided to publicly publish the report in a publishing house, so as to advocate all food production and operation companies (regardless of the scale) to first establish the food safety traceability system of “step forward and step backward” to meet the requirements of relevant regulations and standards.

The publication of this book was strongly supported by Walmart Food Safety Collaboration Center (WFSCC), China Agricultural University Press and all parties in the society, and was prefaced by Academician Chen Junshi.

2018年 3月，GFSI中国工作组发起食品安全文化调查，旨在了解中国食品企业对食品安全文化的理解和实施的基本情况，共有 47家企业中国工作组会员单位及非会员单位参与了此次调查。

In March 2018, GFSI China Local Group initiated a food safety cultural survey to understand the basic understanding and implementation situation of Chinese food companies on food safety cultures, and a total of 47 companies’ China Local Group member companies and non-member companies participated in the survey.

活动背景：

全球食品安全倡议（GFSI）是一个食品行业全球协作组织，致力于提高全球的食品管理安全水平。GFSI 相信食品企业要想不断提升和发展食品安全除了建立严格的标准、体系，还需培养存在于企业内部的优良食品安全文化。为了更好地理解和学习《食品安全文化全球食品安全倡议（GFSI）意见书》，同时促进食品行业践行食品安全文化建设，GFSI 中国工作组于 2019年 6月组织了“食品安全文化之旅活动”。

活动形式：

GFSI 中国工作组安排了以下的活动形式：

开展标杆食品安全文化企业选取活动，食品安全文化之旅评审专家组选取相应标杆企业。

47家企业中 44家企业管理层提出过食品安全文化概念及食品安全文化对实施战略的作用，并有 41家企业已经或正在实施具体的食品安全文化建设项目。In which, the management of 44 companies have put forward the concept of food safety culture and the effect of food safety culture on implementation strategy, and 41 companies have implemented or are implementing the specific construction projects of food safety culture.

Food Safety Culture TourBackground:

The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is a global collaboration organization for the food industry dedicated to improving the safety of food management worldwide. GFSI believes that food companies continue to establish strict standards and systems while also cultivating an excellent food safety culture within the company. In order to better understand and learn the GFSI Food Safety Culture Position Paper and promote the food safety culture construction, the GFSI China Local Group organized a “Food Safety Culture Tour” in June, 2019.

Activity Types:

The GFSI China Local Group has arranged the following types of activities:

Carry out food safety culture enterprise selection activities, and select the corresponding enterprises.

The selected companies will share the best food safety culture experience on GFSI 2019 China Focus Day.

2017年 12月 21日，消费品论坛 CGF/GFSI与阿里巴巴集团共同举办的互联网食品安全工作坊在阿里巴巴西溪园区“聚贤庄”会议室顺利召开，来自 GFSI中国工作组成员单位及阿里巴巴集团近 90人参加了本次工作坊。

On 21st December 2017, the E-Commerce food safety workshop held jointly by The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF)/ GFSI and Alibaba Group was smoothly held in “Juxianzhuang” conference room in Alibaba Xixi Park, which was attended by nearly 90 persons from the member companies of GFSI China Local Group and Alibaba Group.


2017年 8月 29日，受阿里巴巴集团邀请在杭州市余杭区阿里巴巴西溪园区举行了阿里巴巴集团与 GFSI零售餐饮主要成员单位的闭门研讨会。

On 29th August 2017, an invitation – only seminar between Alibaba Group and the main member companies of GFSI Retail Catering was held at Alibaba Xixi Park, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City.

The topic of this seminar was the construction of the compliance system in the field of food safety, some relevant departments of Alibaba group made an introduction. A total of 14 representatives from Walmart, Carrefour, Auchan, China Resources Vanguard, Amazon, Mcdonald's, Yum, Starbucks, New Hope Liuhe and Bright Dairy attended this seminar.

Project Background:

In view of the leading position of China's Internet industry and the innovative development of the FMCG industry, more and more platform companies have joined the Consumer Goods Forum. With the help of China Internet members corporation, we hope to expand the influence of the GFSI global markets programme in China. 新兴挑战 & 食品安全的未来Emerging Challenges & The Future of Food Safety

GFSI中国主题日活动旨在为中国食品行业的利益相关者提供机会，更多地了解 GFSI，同时也是一次绝佳的机会进行社交联谊和交流分享。

第七届全球食品安全倡议中国主题日活动是在前几届活动成功举办的基础上，继续围绕 GFSI能带来的益处进行深入了解探讨。本次活动邀请到了 GFSI董事会成员、GFSI日本工作组成员和 CFSI成员一起交流、分享成功案例和最佳实践。

The GFSI Focus Day aims to provide Chinese stakeholders in the food industry an opportunity to find out more about the Global Food Safety Initiative but it also serves as a unique opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange.

The GFSI China Focus Day 7th Edition followsed on from the success of GFSI China Focus Day 2012 - 2017 events, to continue raising awareness around the benefits of GFSI. We were delighted that GFSI Board members and GFSI Japan Local Group members came to China, with CFSI members, showing the significance of the Chinese market and sharing in-depth experience, case studies and best practices.
