Continuous Gas Supply

Dangerous gases enter the line system with negative pressure by de-fault. At least two gas containers are needed for a continuous gas sup-ply. Once the rst gas container is empty the C 7522 vacuum changeover switch automatically switches to the second gas container. It facili-tates an uninterrupted supply.

Vacuum change over switches are used in swimming pools, water works,for water purication processes and in the most diverse applications.

Automated and informative

The C 7522 can be used for chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, carbon di-

oxide or sulphur dioxide. The most diverse connections are available forthe line system. The C 7522 switches between two gas supplies withoutintervention from personnel and with the utmost reliability.

When too much negative pressure is attained due to the low pressurein one of the empty gas container batteries. Fitted with a visual displaymonitor for the current operating condition, the option to switch manu-ally, a manometer to report negative pressure in the line system and arelay circuit for the transfer of the units condition, all these featuresmake the C 7522 an ideal and reliable partner.

Compact and compatible

The switching time of the C 7522 comes to approx. 25 seconds. Mount-ed on a wall plate, means that the C 7522 can be installed everywhere.Both actuators permit manual intervention in the event of an emergency.

After an automatic changeover, the C 7522 later switches for a briefemptying of the residue, thus guaranteeing that the gas container iscompletely empty. Both gas container batteries can be used at the sametime if there is a high need, on a short-term basis, for the media con-veyed. In the event of an emergency, both valves can be closed.
