What do you think will happen when you and I listen to God?

It is said in the Bible that the Word of God will not return empty, but will do what it says.

So when I know it is God asking me to do something, I’ll do it with joy in my heart, knowing that He will help me to do it.

(Isaiah 55;11)

How would I know it is from God?

1. Check it with the Bible, God is a loving God.

2. Check with the 10 commandments. they are; • Have no gods but God! Do not make idols!

• Do not misuse God’s name!

• Keep the Sabbath!

• Honour your parents!

• Do not murder! Do not commit adultery!

• Do not steal! Do not lie and do not covet!

Jesus said; love your God and

your neighbour.

Some of the names who listened to God: Noah, Abraham, King Solomon, Gideon, Jonah, a servant,

a little boy, Peter, You and I!
