I'm a reporter from CityLab based in Washington, D.C. I have a question regardingthe language of the NEO bill passed by the Council tonight. It seems vague to me:The bill does not require a conviction on prostitution or even charges broughtforward for a landlord to initiate an eviction. How does this law comply with dueprocess protections?
