    Tardy Reminder

Please make every attempt to have your children here on time.School begins at 8 a.m. Children are allowed to go in the room at7:50 a.m. This gives them 10 minutes to get their things put awayand get settled in for the day. When children arrive late, they arerushed to get ready and they are disruptive to the rest of the classwho have already started their day.

A new policy was started last year to help deter tardiness. Pleaserefer to page 12 of your Parent/Student Handbook. Students in

K-8th grade are allowed to be tardy 5 times per semester. Parentswill be notified by the teacher upon the 3rd tardy per semester.Starting with the 6th tardy, parents will be assessed a $10 fee pertardy for the rest of the semester. Please see page 12 for fulldetails of the tardy policy.

Being on time and prepared for the day is so important for thechildren to start their day off stress free. Being late, unpreparedand disruptive to the class can set the precedence for a bad day. Please make every effort to be on time. We appreciate your effort!

    hankYou!!!!

    like to thank everyone

Parents of all grades, Toddler - 8th...Please remember that if your child is not signed up for hot lunch by 8:00am,whether you are running late or have a doctor appointment etc, you must call theschool no later than 9:00am to sign your child up for hot lunch that day. If youhave not called by 9:00am, please be sure to send a cold lunch with your child. For Mrs. Miller to prepare the correct amount of food, she must have an accuratecount and time to prepare the lunches as well.
