1.1. Tiu chun ny quy nh yu cu k thut c bn trong tnh ton xc nh h s ti v ch ti cho rung la, p dng cho h thng ti c quy m t cp III tr ln.

1.2. i vi cc h thng ti c quy m cp IV c th vn dng tiu chun ny tnh ton ch ti v h s ti la, hoc xc nh theo TCVN 8641 : 2011.

1.3. Khi s dng cc h s trong tiu chun ny, cn phn tch la chn cc thng s u vo ph hp vi tnh hnh c th ca tng vng, tng a phng.

2. Ti liu vin dn

Cc ti liu vin dn sau y l rt cn thit khi p dng tiu chun ny. i vi cc ti liu vin dn ghi nm cng b th p dng bn c nu. i vi cc ti liu vin dn khng ghi nm cng b th p dng phin bn mi nht, bao gm c cc bn sa i, b sung (nu c).

TCVN 8641 : 2011, Cng trnh thy li - K thut ti tiu nc cho cy lng thc v thc phm.

3. Thut ng v nh ngha

Trong tiu chun ny s dng cc thut ng, nh ngha sau.

3.1. Lng bc hi mt rung ETc (Evapotransporation of crop)Lng thot hi nc qua l trong qu trnh pht trin ca cy trng cng vi lng bc hi nc qua mt thong trong thi k .

3.2. Lng bc hi tim nng ETo (Potential evaptransporation)

Lng bc thot nc qua mt thm thc vt c duy tr m y trong sut thi gian sinh trng.

3.3. H s ti (Coefficient of irrigation)

Lu lng nc cn thit phi cung cp cho mt n v din tch canh tc trong mt n v thi gian p ng yu cu sinh trng v pht trin ca cy trng c mt trn din tch , k hiu l/s.ha.

H s ti c phn thnh: H s ti ti mt rung, h s ti ti cng trnh u mi hoc h s ti ca ton th h thng tnh theo cng thc:

4. Cc ti liu c bn cn thit cho vic tnh ton h s ti4.1. Ti liu v cy trng: Thi v, thi k sinh trng, ch canh tc gieo cy (lm i, lm dm, gieo cy ng thi, tun t).

4.2. Ti liu v t ai, a cht thy vn nh thnh phn c gii, rng ca t, m ban u, m ti a ng rung, h s ngm bo ha, h s ngm n nh, v tr ca mc nc ngm trc khi ti, v tr ca tng cy.4.3. Cc ti liu v kh tng thy vn nh ma, bc hi, nhit , m khng kh, gi, bc x, s gi nng trong ngy. Lit cc ti liu o c ny phi di (trn 12 nm) m bo chnh xc trong tnh ton.4.4. Tn sut m hnh ma ti thit k tnh ton xc nh nhu cu cp nc m bo cho h thng ti c quy nh l 85% cho tt c cc cp cng trnh.

4.5. Ti liu m hnh ma ti thit k bao gm:

- Tng lng ma nm tng ng vi tn sut thit k v phn phi lng ma theo tng ngy trong nm;

- Chn m hnh ma thit k c xc nh thng qua m hnh ma in hnh. M hnh ma in hnh l m hnh xy ra trong thc t, c tng lng ma xp x vi tng lng ma thit k, c dng phn phi l ph bin v thin v bt li.5. Phng php xc nh h s ti mt rung la

5.3. H phng trnh (1), (2), cho sut thi v ca la s xc nh ng qu trnh h s ti, thi gian duy tr h s ti t v h s s dng nc ma C.

Do (1) l mt bt phng trnh nn s c li gii v q, t v C. Li gii thch hp nht l li gii c tng mc ti l nh nht, ng thi tha mn cc iu kin qun l khai thc h thng ti, hot ng c li nht ca cc cng trnh ti, theo yu cu cho nng sut cao ca cy trng.5.4. Tr s t xc nh ty theo tnh cht hot ng v cp cng trnh, thi k sinh trng, ti liu c bn c c v mc chnh xc ca ti liu. Tr s t c th l ngy, tun, thng hoc c v. Trong trng hp lm i, gieo cy tun t, tr s t phi l ngy.

5.6. Ty theo thi on tnh ton s dng khi tnh cn bng nc theo phng trnh (1) m lng ma P trong i lng 10 CP s l lng ma ngy hoc lng ma tun 10 ngy ca v tnh ton.

Hnh 1 - Biu xc nh h s t5.7. Cc i lng hao trong v phi ca phng trnh cn bng (1) bin i theo mt qu trnh nht nh. Dng ng qu trnh ph thuc vi hnh thc gieo cy, thi gian gieo cy (tg), cng hao nc (eh) v thi gian hao nc trn rung (th).Khi hnh thc gieo cy l tun t, din tch gieo cy hng ngy khng i, cng hao nc khng i i vi tng loi nc hao c bn nh Hnh 2.

5.8. Lng nc ngm (Wngm) trong phng trnh cn bng (1) bao gm lng nc ngm bo ha v ngm n nh.

Ngm bo ha xy ra khi m trong t cn thp hn m bo ha, tc trong giai on u tin khi cho nc vo rung c phi i.

5.9. Lng bc hi mt rung WbhLng bc hi mt rung bao gm ch yu lng bc hi qua l v bc hi khong trng trong tng thi on sinh trng ca cy trng.

Trong tnh ton s b cho php tnh mc ti i cc vng khng phn mn v khng lm bo du theo cng thc:

- Bin php ti tr;

- Bin php thay i din tch gieo cy hng ngy;

- Bin php kt hp gia ti tr v thay i din tch gieo cy hng ngy.

6.2. Ti tr tc li dng kh nng iu tit nc rung la tr thm vo rung mt lp nc nht nh v s dng n b hao, duy tr lp nc mt rung cc giai on sau:Lp nc mt rung ti a trong ti tr c th ly bng lp nc chu ngp khng gim sn. Trong trng hp c ngm rung khi gieo cy, lp nc ny c th ln hn v t ti tr s 200 mm n 250 mm.

6.3. Khi thay i din tch gieo cy hng ngy iu ha nhu cu nc t l din tch hng ngy so vi tng din tch xc nh theo cng thc:

6.4. Trong trng hp ti tr khng t yu cu ng u ha nhu cu nc cn kt hp gia ti tr v thay i din tch, gieo cy gia cc t ti tr, trong cng t ti tr, din tch gieo cy hng ngy khng i.7. Trnh t xc nh h s ti cho la bng gii

7.1. H phng trnh (1), (2) c gii bng th vi trnh t sau:

(1) Phn tch la chn cc ti liu v cng thc tnh ton lng bc hi mt rung.

(2) Xc nh hnh thc iu ha nhu cu ti trong giai on lm i, gieo cy.

(3) V ng qu trnh hao nc thnh phn v tng cng theo lp nc ti thiu trong cng thc ti tng sn.

(4) Xc nh dung tch iu tit nc trn rung theo cng thc ti tng sn v theo iu kin chu ngp khng gim sn ca la.

(5) Xc nh ng qu trnh lng ma thit k theo cng thc trnh by:

Ptk,t = t.Pt(6) Phi hp gia ng qu trnh hao nc tng cng theo lp nc ti thiu v ng qu trnh ma thit k, xc nh ng qu trnh h s ti.

(7) Kim tra tnh hnh iu tit nc theo dung tch cho php ca cng thc ti tng sn, kim tra iu kin lm vic ca cng trnh theo cc rng buc nu cng nh kh nng cung cp nc ca ngun nc.
