DESCRIPTION
In this paper, ordered weighted averaging (OWA) method and its application in risk management is presented that can consider subjective preferences and assessments of decision maker (DM). This method can consider and select the final decision based on risk acceptation /aversion of decision makers. The application of this method is illustrated with a construction management project and results are compared with TOPSIS method.
