組 成 員 多 加 支 持 重 點 項 目 的 活 動 ， 期 望 讓 更 多 居 民 和 少 數 族 裔 人

士 受 惠 ； 以 及 i i i )隧 道 美 化 創 作 比 賽 的 得 獎 作 品 安 裝 完 成 後 ， 會

否 通 知 鄰 近 學 校 讓 學 生 前 往 參 觀 。 6 . 何 仲 賢 先 生 回 覆 謂 ， 當 隧 道 美 化 工 程 完 成 後 ， 油 尖 旺 民 政 事

務 處 ( “民 政 處 ” )會 通 知 學 校 及 家 長 。 7 . 成 員 沒 有 其 他 意 見 ， 楊 鎮 華 主 席 宣 布 結 束 討 論 此 議 項 。

活 動 進 展 。 ( Ms Rita GURUNG 於 下 午 4 時 3 0 分 到 席 。 ) 1 0 . 有 小 組 成 員 就 香 港 迪 士 尼 主 題 樂 園 一 日 遊 提 出 以 下 意 見 ：

i) 小 組 成 員 認 為 香 港 迪 士 尼 主 題 樂 園 一 日 遊 的 參 加 者 均 享

受 當 天 的 活 動 ， 並 感 謝 民 政 處 職 員 盡 心 盡 力 籌 備 活 動 。

i i) 是 次 活 動 由 旅 行 社 承 辦 ， 因 此 在 處 理 旅 遊 保 險 方 面 彈 性

較 少 、 其 安 排 的 旅 遊 巴 士 不 準 時 、 參 加 者 在 活 動 期 間 難

以 互 動 交 流 ， 小 組 成 員 並 認 為 參 觀 主 題 樂 園 人 均 所 需 的

費 用 較 高 。

i ii) 活 動 當 天 是 公 眾 假 期 ， 主 題 樂 園 內 訪 客 眾 多 ， 因 此 等 候

遊 戲 需 時 ， 建 議 日 後 於 決 定 活 動 日 期 前 先 諮 詢 小 組 成 員

意 見 。

iv) 活 動 保 險 方 面 ， 有 小 組 成 員 建 議 購 買 集 體 總 參 與 人 數 的

旅 遊 保 險 ， 而 不 需 要 購 買 參 加 者 記 名 的 保 險 ， 此 舉 可 省

卻 出 發 前 轉 換 參 加 者 的 問 題 。

v) 小 組 成 員 期 望 日 後 再 舉 辦 類 似 活 動 時 ， 能 改 善 上 述 安

排 ， 並 讓 小 組 成 員 多 參 與 籌 備 工 作 。 1 1 . 有 小 組 成 員 表 示 沒 有 收 到 油 尖 旺 區 少 數 族 裔 中 文 書 法 班 活 動

的 通 知 。 (會 後 補 註 ︰ 民 政 處 於 2 0 1 7 年 1 1 月 2 日 及 2 0 1 7 年 1 1 月 2 3 日 先

後 將 資 料 以 電 郵 方 式 轉 交 各 活 動 籌 備 小 組 成 員 。 ) 1 2 . 楊 鎮 華 主 席 表 示 ， 在 主 題 樂 園 一 日 遊 活 動 中 ， 參 加 者 可 以 請

他 人 替 代 自 己 出 席 活 動 ， 這 樣 只 會 影 響 有 關 人 士 的 旅 遊 保 險 保

障 。 另 外 ， 胡 詩 琪 女 士 剛 到 任 此 崗 位 已 積 極 嘗 試 籌 辦 新 活 動 ， 並

盡 心 盡 力 跟 進 小 組 成 員 的 要 求 ， 他 認 為 是 好 事 。 1 3 . 胡 詩 琪 女 士 回 應 如 下 ：

i ) 香 港 迪 士 尼 主 題 樂 園 一 日 遊 乃 是 一 項 新 嘗 試 ， 日 後 可 再

作 檢 討 。 另 外 ， 為 免 與 其 他 活 動 日 期 相 撞 ， 主 題 樂 園 一

日 遊 所 選 擇 的 日 子 已 是 最 早 可 舉 辦 活 動 的 日 期 。

i i ) 她 早 前 已 向 油 尖 旺 區 少 數 族 裔 中 文 書 法 班 的 籌 備 小 組 成

員 發 出 電 郵 ， 通 知 他 們 有 關 活 動 的 詳 情 。 中 文 書 法 班 的

活 動 仍 未 結 束 ， 她 會 再 次 邀 請 小 組 成 員 出 席 活 動 。 1 4 . 楊 鎮 華 主 席 同 意 旅 遊 巴 士 公 司 的 服 務 欠 佳 ， 旅 遊 巴 士 遲 到 影

響 活 動 安 排 。 他 建 議 向 旅 遊 巴 士 公 司 反 映 小 組 成 員 的 意 見 。 1 5 . 有 小 組 成 員 建 議 來 年 舉 辦 遊 船 活 動 、 遊 覽 濕 地 公 園 或 航 空 探

知 館 ， 以 促 進 參 加 者 交 流 。 1 6 . 有 小 組 成 員 就 油 尖 旺 區 午 餐 交 流 會 提 出 以 下 意 見 ：

i ) 午 餐 交 流 會 除 了 邀 請 政 府 部 門 代 表 擔 任 講 者 外 ， 可 以 考

慮 邀 請 其 他 行 業 的 代 表 ， 例 如 醫 療 界 、 娛 樂 界 、 服 務 行

業 、 金 融 業 、 酒 店 業 或 人 力 資 源 界 等 的 代 表 。

i i ) 有 小 組 成 員 建 議 邀 請 香 港 理 工 大 學 傳 訊 及 公 共 事 務 處 的

代 表 出 席 本 年 的 午 餐 交 流 會 觀 看 活 動 情 況 ， 以 便 為 來 年

的 午 餐 交 流 會 作 準 備 。

士 融 入 社 會 ， 故 是 次 油 尖 旺 區 午 餐 交 流 會 的 講 者 再 邀 請 紀 律 部 隊

代 表 作 講 者 ， 同 時 亦 新 加 入 與 學 生 探 討 生 涯 規 劃 的 環 節 。 (鍾 港 武 議 員 於 下 午 5 時 1 3 分 退 席 。 ) 1 8 . 有 小 組 成 員 建 議 ， 於 油 尖 旺 區 民 族 文 化 表 演 2 0 1 8 中 ， 加 入
