We simply cannot afford to ponder any longer and find ourselves bypassed byless well-positioned municipalities that would eagerly take advantage of suchsupremely worthwhile goals – even if it should mean that the expectant citizens
of Oakland must remain sidetracked once again, with a brighter future so obviouslywithin our grasp.
