Lean Startup enables businesses to go to market faster and get customer feedback easier with least costs. Lean startup mixes best agile product/project management practicies with modern and cost effective social media marketing and online sales approaches. In my view Continuous Delivery and Flexible Architecture form the backbone of lean startup. In this short and very high level presentation I tried to visualize an idea. In my view one program should orchestrate all projects in all areas. I would like to share the idea with you and will be glad to receive your feedback.
