Mc tiu u t v mc tiu u t d n:- Vic u t tuyn c t ra vi mc tiu : - Xy dng tuyn ng gp phn hon chnh mng li giao thng trong khu vc. CHNG 2TNH HNH KINH T - X HI KHU VC TUYN2.1. CHNG 3 CHIN LC PHT TRIN KINH T - X HI KHU VC

CHNG 4CC QUY HOCH LIN QUAN N D N4.1. Quy hoach d n Giao thng vn ti4.1.1. Quy hoch giao thngTon huyn hin c 1.675 km ng giao thng. Cng ngh s dng: a tng, thi hn s dng t 30 - 50 nm.+ Ti cc khu vc dn c nng thn: Mi x xy dng 1 ngha trang tp trung quy m 1 ha/x. Cng ngh s dng: a tng. Thi hn s dng: 20 nm.

Giai on 2011 - 2015, Bun Tng Ln phn u t tc tng trng GDP bnh qun trn 13%; GDP bnh qun u ngi trn 2.000 USD; gi trsn xut cng nghip, tiu thcng nghip, xy dng tng bnh qun hng nm 24%; gi trsn xut nng, lm, thy sn tng bnh qun hng nm 3,6%; gi trsn xut ngnh dch v tng bnh qun hng nm 17%; thu ngn sch tng bnh qun hng nm 18%; tng sn lng lng thc t 90.000 tn/nm

CHNG 5HIN TRNG MNG LI GIAO THNG TUYN NGHIN CU5.1. CHNG 6NH GI V VN TI V NHU CU VN TIPhng thc d bo: Nhu cu vn ti hng ho khu vc nghin cu (tuyn ng E-k), vn ti ng b chim v tr rt quan trng.Trong vn ti ng b th khi lng vn ti lin tnh chim phn nh. Qua s liu iu tra ca mt s ti c nghin cu chng ti c c vn ti lin tnh ch chim 32% cn li 68% l vn ti ni tnh. d bo nhu cu vn ti hng ho trn tuyn E-K, s dng phng php:Phng php kch bn v pht trin kinh t x hi khu vc hp dn xc nh lng hng yu cu vn ti.Phng php kch bn c s dng d bo nhu cu vn ti ca cc mt hng chnh c khi lng ln nh: g, ca cao, cao su, iu, c ph, xng du. V nhng mt hng ny thng xuyn bin ng v c sn xut ln tiu th.Kt lun :Qua cc iu tra kho st cho thy vic trin khai thit k v xy dng tuyn ng E - K l rt cn thit, n c vai tr quan trng trong vic thc y s pht trin kinh t ca vng cng nh khu vcVic xy dng tuyn ng E - K s p ng c s giao lu ca dn c trong vng v kinh t, vn ho, x hi cng nh v chnh tr, gp phn nng cao i sng vt cht, tinh thn ca nhn dn trong vng.Tuyn ng E - K c xy dng lm gim i nhng qung ng v thi gian i vng khng cn thit, lm tng s vn chuyn hng ho cng nh s i li ca nhn dn. c bit n cn phc v c lc cho cng tc quc phng bo v t quc Vit Nam x hi ch ngha.

CHNG 7S CN THIT PHI U T D N

7.1. Kinh t- Hin ti iu kin kinh t - x hi ca x bn Tng Ln Huyn Krng Nng rt kh khn, h thng h tng k thut c bit l h thng giao thng xung cp nghim trng, c th trc chnh i trung tm tnh trc y c u t nng cp ci to phc v nhu cu i li ca nhn dn huyn v cc phng tin giao thng ngy cng tng cao. - Do vy vic u t xy dng tuyn ng l ht sc cn thit v cp bch nhm p ng nhu cu i li ca nhn dn v m bo v sinh mi trng trong a bn huyn. Vic xy dng c s h tng, giao thng ng b p ng nhu cu pht trin trong thi i mi, lin hon vi mng li giao thng quc gia, m bo cho vic giao thng i li v vn chuyn hng ha n khu vc trung tm x c thun li v thng sut. ng thi, vic u t xy dng tuyn ng s gp phn pht trin mnh nng nghip, cng nghip - dch v trong khu vc v to chuyn bin mnh m trong i sng vn ha x hi cng vi s pht trin chung ca cc a phng khc trn ton Huyn nhm nm bt xu th chung ca Tnh ak Lak s trin khai thc hin nhn rng chng trnh Nng thn mi trn khp a bn.7.2. CHNG 8IU KIN T NHIN TUYN I QUA

8.1. iu kin v kh hu thy vnTuyn nn trong khu vc khi hu nhit i gio mua , mua ha nong m ma nhiu , it gio . Mua kh lanh kh hanh , it ma gio chu yu la gio ng bc , nhit khng khi trung binh hang nm khoang 210C . Lng ma hang nm 1700 2400mm , chi co 2 mua la mua khng va mua ma .

9.3.6.3.Chiu di ng cong chuyn tip

Theo Bng 14 TCVN 4054 05 khi vn tc thit k phi b tr ng cong chuyn tip.

+ Bn knh ng cong nm ti thiu gii hn: =125(m).

+ Bn knh ng cong nm ti thiu thng thng:=250(m). Trong trng hp bn knh thng thng t c th chn cc kch thc bn knh khc nh: 300 : 350: 400: 500: 1000. Tn dng a hnh b tr ng cong hp l.

+ Bn knh ng cong ti thiu khng siu cao:=2500(m).Cn c vo TC 4054-2005, v a hnh ti v tr thit k ng cong. Ta chn bn knh cong ti 3 l: R=350(m).a. dc siu cao- Nghin cu s chuyn ng ca t ta thy khi t chy trn ng cong bng t c xu th b trt hoc lt v pha lng ng cong do nh hng ca lc li tm. Phng php 3: Thc hin quay quanh mt trc o, cch mp phn xe chy bn ngoi mt c ly l 7 m (p dng khi phn xe chy > 7m). Thc hin ni siu cao trn tuyn c s dng phng php 1. Khi c ng cong chuyn tip, on ni siu cao b tr trng vi ng cong chuyn tip. Khi khng c ng cong chuyn tip th on ni siu cao b tr mt na nm ngoi ng thng v mt na nm trong ng cong trn.
