    T

errible Palsy. This is what the 9-year-

    oldNimoe deHoopwith Cerebral Palsy

(CP) thought her disability was called.

Nimoe is one of 4 000 people in South Africa

with CP. She suffered from a lack of oxygen

    when she was born.

    No-one understands Terrible Palsy bet-

ter than Lesley Potgieter, a mother, wife,

    author, ex-teacher and Edgemead resident

living with CP who is determined to change

    this perception.

Just because you have CP, it does notme-

an you wont be the worlds next astro-phys-

icist, Lesley says. The question here is

What are you capable of, and what will you

be capable of if we make some changes?,

    she asks.

One of Lesleys projects to help children

with CP to discover their potential, is the

Aware Bear Helen. Helen is a bear with CP.

She visits disabled children for two weeks

at a time to help them better understand and

cope with their situation. She travels with

a journal, and each child contributes to the

journalwith stories and pictures of the visit.

Helen was created after Lesley became in-

volved with the American Awareness Bear

Association as a writer, writing letters to

children with disabilities on behalf of a soft

toy with a disability that goes out to visit

    children with the same disability.

    Changing the perception

The South African society is not ready to

deal with disability, says Carl. He says he

loves to take his family to the movies. The

cinemas at N1 City, however, have been re-

done recently, but for all the grandeur, there

    is only two wheelchair seats.

And one is the worst seat in the whole

theatre. You are halfway in the isle, you sit

right under the light, and this, the Potgie-

ters say, symbolises the way society sees the

    disabled.

As soon as a baby with a disability is

born, everybody goes quiet. You are placed

in a private room. People talk in hushed voi-

ces. There is anegative connotation fromthe

get go, instead of this is a gift, she says.

Despite spending her whole life with no sen-

sation in the right side of her body, Lesley

was able to complete high school in amains-

tream school, because her body responded

so well to treatment, but she still had to face

    many challenges.

If a teacher does not have remedial back-

ground, it is very difficult to understand

what a child with special needs really needs.

I was always in trouble for not being able to

draw a straight line with a ruler, simply be-

cause one cannot do thatwith one hand. And

the physical limitations of children with CP

    can be countless, she says.

Lesley finished school and became a tea-

cher herself and married the love of her life,

Carl. They have two boys, Josh and Adam

    who are 12 and 11.

Five years ago, she suffered amajor stroke

and her body lost its ability to compensate

for her disability. According to Carl, every-

thing changed after that. Lesley had no

speech left and she could not walk anymore.

But by doing yoga and excercises in the pool,

she slowly fought her way back to being mo-

    bile again.

Today she can move around the house on

her own, but drives amotorised scooter once

she goes out. Her speech has partially retur-

ned, but inmany cases Carl has to translate.

But they are not interested in the blame

game. Instead Lesley uses her energy for the

    CP cause.

Small children do not know they are dif-

ferent. But once you are a teenager with CP

you not only realise you are different, you

realise you are REALLY different, she says

Yes, I am different, but I am not alone.

This is the message of Lesleys brainchild,

    Helen.

I liked it so much that you understand

how tricky it is to walk and run on wobbly

legs and how braces and splints sometimes

    hurt, writes one child.

Helen allows children to advocate for

themselves. One pro-active parent took her

CP child to the shops with her and Helen

went with. People started talking to the

child, because Helen had her T-shirt on that

said Hi I am Helen, I have Cerebral Palsy

and the child started answering questions

on behalf of Helen. The mother was amazed

at how much the child actually understood

    about the situation, Lesley says.

Because she is an inanimate object, she

can help the child to extend himself, Lesley

    says.

Helen has been great for Kim in that she

has found a voice to speakwithwithoutwor-

rying about repercussions on herself, becau-

se it is Helen who is talking, not Kim, the

mother of one of Helens guest children wri-

    tes.

In the past 14 months, Helen has visited

17 children and three schools throughout

    South Africa.

The children and families who read her

journals, can see stories and pictures of

other children with disabilities and it helps

them to understand that they are not alone.

Almost every child gives her something,

beads, a party dress, a pair of panties. She

once came home with a toothbrush, Lesley

    says.

    Lesley understands the process. She

helps the kids set goals and achieving them.

The idea is to empower people and to break

their isolation. With Helen, the children re-

ceive something positive and she can take

something negative away again when she

    leaves, says Carl.

The challenge is to find the families who

need Helen, because she is available for vi-

sits, and it costs nothing, Lesley says.

    Lesley recently launched another bear,

    Harold,whowill be anawareness and educa-

tion ambassador for CP at schools. Like He-

len, he will travel with his journals, but in-

stead of going to individuals, he will visit

    class rooms.

    Telephone kiosks at Goodwood and

    Parow Stations located outside

    Parow Pick n Pay, Goodwood

    library and at convenience shops

    throughout subcouncil 4 have been

vandalised. In some cases only the

I have written to Telkom to

advise them of the kiosks and have

    requested that they either repair

the kiosks or remove the damaged

are regarded by many people as a

    A

    petition with 400 signatures was

handed to the police and chairperson

of the subcouncil Clive Justus in

Parow to take action against new tenants in

    Smith Street, Parow.

The house, which has been rented since

November last year, has quickly gained a

reputation among neighbours as a place

where drugs are openly sold.Neighbours al-

so claim that one of the outbuildings is used

    by sex workers.

People are scared. There is an old age

home, Hernus Kriel, in Bedford Street and

the residents have to walk down Smith

Street, past this house, to the day hospital,

    shops and library.

These are vulnerable people and they are

afraid to walk here. There is constant fight-

ing and shouting, says the man who has

    drawn up the petition.

He lives close to the reputed house and

does not want to be named, because he fears

    being victimised.

He says he had to walk from door to door

    to have the petition signed.

It was not easy, because people were too

scared to even open the door for me, he

    says.

In the end he secured 400 signatures, of

which 42 are those of the entire old age

    home.

Weve been made aware by people who

came forward who said they believe there

is illegal activity going on, says Walter

Kroggel, manager of the rental agency han-

    dling the house.

According to Kroggel, the agency has

    done thorough credit, financial, personal

and banking checks on the tenants, as well

    as investigated their rental historybasedon

what they have put down on their applica-

    tion.

He says in his business he has seen a

number of forged documents, and those

quickly get sent to the authorities. He says

in this case, they did not pick up any forger-

    ies.

The rental agency has advised unhappy

residents to draw up the petition.

The quickest way to get rid of these peo-

ple is to get them arrested. And if they are

found guilty of possession of drugs or deal-

ing in drugs, prostitution or taking part in

any other criminal activity, then we can

    cancel the lease, he says.

As soon as the lease is cancelled, an evic-

    tion process can begin.

Kroggel says this is the lengthy part of

the process and can take up to four months,

even longer, but he says his agency has the

best attorney in the Western Cape.

    Bipolre

    versteuring

    aard.

Die een pool is die depressiewe pool

    waarin die persoon intense neerslagtig-

heid, n gevoel van hopeloosheid, n

verlies van eiewaarde, n verlies van

    energie, pessimisme omtrent die toe-

koms en onsekerheid ervaar. Die ander

pool is die maniese kant. Dit beskryf die

toename in rusteloosheid en energie. Die

persoon is praterig, onverskillig en in n

euforiese staat en toon oordrewe moto-

    riese aktiwiteit. Roekelose gedrag soos

    buitengewone spandabelrigheid, impul-

siewe dobbel en riskante seksuele gedrag

kan voorkom. Dit kan ook oorgaan in

    irritasie, woede, verwardheid en n

gevoel van om vasgekeer te wees.

    Voordat op n behandelingstrategie

besluit word, sal die psigiater, dokter of

sielkundige eers saam met die pasint

sit en n evaluering doen. Daarvolgens

    psigososiale aanpassing so effektief

mens dit nie moet afmaak as iemand

wat net buierig is en homself moet

    regruk nie. Hierdie versteuring ontneem

    n individu sy lewenskwaliteit. Moenie

skaam wees, of dink jy is simpel, of dit

Daar is

    die bipolre gemoedsversteuring.

    SAPD teen n enkelemisdaadkomitee

    MICHELLE LINNERT

    @linnertmb

    enkele wetstoepassingseenheid of komitee,

wat misdaad hier moet bekamp en verdere

    stedelike verval moet verhoed nie.

S s Pieter Blaauw, voorsitter van die

    Bellvillese gemeenskapspolisiringsforum

(GPF), n n hewige debat tydens n open-

    bare vergadering verlede Donderdag, waar

di kwessie weer met di polisiekantoor op-

    gehaal is.

Blaauw se voorstel is dat daar eenwetstoe-

passingseenheid is, waarin die VRCID, Gro-

    ter Tygerberg-vennootskap (GTV), die poli-

sie en gemeenskapsforums saamwerk. So n

    dering moes plaasvind, s Blaauw.

Die polisie en ander entiteite het geskitter

    inhul afwesigheid.Korthiernahet diekomi-

    tee opgehou funksioneer.

n regsopinie. Blaauw s by verlede Don-

like operasionele komitee in werking stel.

Verder het sy verskeie regspunte aan-

    gehaal omdienie-inwerkingstellingvan s

Blaauw s verskeie argumente is gele-

Erwin

    ongekordineerde optrede teen misdaad,

    waar elke wetstoepassingsentiteit in isola-

    Blaauw misinterpreteer my (siening).

    toor n gesamentlike operasionele komitee

21 Februarie genooi. Hierdie kantoor is nie

in n posisie omverder kommentaar te lewer

op die ongegronde opmerkings van Blaauw

nie, en sal met di voorsitter vergader. Die

    Bellville-polisie is verbind tot vennoot-

    skapspolisiring aangesien polisiring nie

    sonder gemeenskapsbetrokkenheid moont-

    lik is nie, s Govender.

Women, men and children from all over the

northern suburbs gathered at the Bellville

    Magistrates Court onValentinesDay to pro-

    test against rape and abuse.

Across the world, 14 February has been set

aside by the international organisation One

Billion Rising for Justice, for people to stand

    up against abuse.

    This group fromDelft, ElsiesRiver, Bellvil-

le, Mitchells Plain, Athlone and Bonteheu-

wel was dressed in red and pink. They wal-

ked to Voortrekker Road with posters held

up high while waiting for taxis to take them

to a bigger group at the City Hall in Cape

    Town.

We are marching from the City Hall to

Parliament and then moving to the Gar-

dens, said community worker Joy Warries

    from Bellville South.

According to information released by the

One Billion Rising for Justice website, one

in three women on this planet will be raped

    or beaten in her lifetime.

One Billion Rising for Justice is a global

    call towomensurvivors of violenceand those

who love them to gather safely in community

outside places where they are entitled to jus-

    tice.

It is a call to survivors to break the silence

and release their stories through art, dance,

marches, ritual, song, spoken word, testimo-

nies and whatever way feels right.

Controlled burn soon at Tygerberg Nature Reserve

    T

he City of Cape Towns Tygerberg Na-

ture Reserve plans to conduct an ecolo-

gical burn in March or April when ap-

proximately 24 hectares will be burnt on the

    south-eastern slope, on theWelgemoed/Loe-

    venstein side of the reserve.

This will affect residents living in Totius

Street, Batavia Street, Poussion Street, Ek-

    steen Street and Mahogany Crescent.

    The Tygerberg Nature Reserve conserves

one of the largest remaining areas of the cri-

    tically endangered Swartland shale renos-

terveld. Prescribed ecological burns are cru-

cial for the management of this area as fire

plays a fundamental role in its life cycle.

The actual date of the burn is dependent

on weather conditions, but all required bur-

ning permits have been obtained from the

Citys air pollution section, fire and rescue

services and the subcouncil. Fire and rescue

services has conducted the required pre-in-

    spection of the area.

For safety reasons, the reserve will be clo-

sed to the public on the day of burning and

surrounding residents are advised to keep

their windows shut while burning takes pla-

    ce.

Flammable items, such as gas cannisters,

should be removed from outside areas and

laundry should be taken off washing-lines to

    prevent odour contamination from smoke.

Sprinklers may be used to dampen gar-

dens as a further precautionary measure.

Staff from Tygerberg Nature Reserve and

other City reserves, along with the Citys fi-

re and rescue services section, will assist

with the burn. Tygerberg Nature Reserve

staff will ensure that the procedure is con-

    ducted efficiently and safely.

    Fire-breaks have beenmaintained andwi-

    dened where necessary, and firefighting

equipment and fire hydrants have been te-

sted to make sure that everything is in wor-

king order. Renosterveld should burn every

five to 10 years. By removing the canopy cre-

ated by themature vegetation, sunlight is al-

lowed to penetrate at ground level, which

    helps with seed germination.

Fires that take place frequently can lead

to a decline in slow growing species, where-

as fires that are too infrequent (over 20 ye-

ars) lead to the domination ofmature plants.

Carefully managed burns are therefore ne-

cessary to obtain maximum species diversi-

ty.Another advantage of burning old vegeta-

    In die Staatskoerant van

Vrydag 7 Februarie is die wet

    van 2008 aangepas ten opsigte

    van die spesifikasies van

    lampe.

Ek wil by Deon Louw, n

    elektriese ingenieur met 35

    jaar ervaring in plaaslike

    regering, weet: Hoekom het ons

    spesifikasies vir muurproppe

en lampe, maar die winkels is

    propvol produkte wat nie aan

    di minimum-vereiste voldoen

    nie?

    Soos u weet, is elektriese

    toebehore vreeslik duur en

    daarom lyk die goedkoper

    ingevoerde produkte na n

    makliker en beter keuse.

    Vervaardigers kla ook dat

    hierdie produkte nie gepolisi-

eer word nie en dat dit daartoe

    lei dat handelaars enige

    produk kan verkoop.

    Die klint sal verseker die

    goedkoper produk neem, en

Jan Alleman se kennis van wat

    presies die regte regulasies vir

proppe en lampe is, is maar

    skraps.

    Daarom maak ons keuses

wat op pryse gegrond is nie

    vasgestelde standaarde nie.

Ek wil u dus aanraai om

twee keer te kyk en slegs

    produkte met die SABS-merk te

    koop.

    Jy mag dalk nou meer

    spandeer, maar die ekstra paar

    rand kan brande en selfs

    ernstige beserings voorkom.

    Die Stad Kaapstad se brand-

    en reddingsdepartement het in

    2013 op sowat 26 000 voorvalle

    gereageer talle wat vermy

    kon gewees het.

    Ek wil graag inwoners

    aanraai om verantwoordelik op

te tree en beter keuses te maak

sodat ons saam n veiliger Stad

    Ek wil graag aansluit by

Helena se brief, wat in die

    TygerBurger van 19 Februarie

    gepubliseer is (Toestand van

    Parow is n groot skok).

Ek bly al agt maande in

    Wrenchstraat en die toestand

    het baie versleg. Inbrake en

    diefstalle is feitlik n alledaagse

    ding.

Jy kan nie waag om jou

    motorvoertuig buite in die

straat te los, sonder dat een of

    ander tikkop daarmee kom

    sukkel nie. Helder oordag kom

    sukkel skollies met jou goed.

    Almal wat in hierdie gebied

    bly, sal moet saamstaan om

    hierdie probleem hok te slaan.

    Ons het net verlede jaar

    ontslae geraak van een tikhuis;

    nugter alleen weet hoeveel

daar nou in die gebied is.

    Meer sigbare polisiring,

    MELINDA

    Epos

    Sigbare polisiring

    is noodsaaklik

On 7 May we as citizens of the

    democratic republic of South

    Africa who are registered have

been called to cast our very

    valuable vote and then after

this voting process we will see

who we have voted into power

    for the next four years.

Voting is not a process of just

making a cross next to a political

party or politician no it is a deep

    rooted political choice each one

    of us have to make.

A voter has to do a past and

    present and a future reflection

before they cast their very valua-

    ble vote.

    When looking back one has

    to ask oneself what benefits

    have the political parties in

    power captured and passed on

to our citizens in the form of

    Think carefully

    before you vote

    political promises at previous

    voting rallies in relation to

    economic survival in the form

of job creation, the high cost of

    living, safety and security in

the form of visible policing and

justice for victims of crime and

service delivery in the form of

    municipalities and this includes

    councillors reacting speedily

    and effectively on issues raised

    by communities and good

governance in the form of how

    corruption was dealt and how

    decision made have effected us

and was the policy of power to

    the people respected or ignored.

We also have to keep in mind

    that politicians of different

    political parties are going to

    come with powerful political

    promises to persuade us the

voter to cast our very valuable

    vote in their favour.

We the voters must this time

round as mentioned above do a

    critical crisis self preservation

analysis of those who want our

    very valuable votes because

once we place that vote, we

have to carry that cross of our

decision to vote for a party to

    govern us.

Financial help for small businesses who

    want to takeonnewand inexperienced staff

is now available and the benefits will be

there from next pay day, said Michael Ba-

graim, a Cape Town labour lawyer.

He was speaking at a breakfast symposi-

um organised by the Cape Coast branch of

the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Indus-

try last week. The beauty of the youth

wage subsidy or Employment Tax Incenti-

ve is that there is very little red tape invol-

ved and no waiting for refunds, he said.

The SARevenue Service has done an ex-

cellent job in putting together a scheme

that is really easy to use and one that will

help many young people find their places

    in the working world.

He explained that a business taking on a

young and inexperienced worker at a sala-

ry of, say, R2 000 a month would be able to

deduct half the salary (R1 000) from its next

    PAYE payment to SARS.

This is instant help for small busines-

ses, said JanineMyburgh, president of the

    Chamber.

We predict that it will meanmanymore

jobs and it will help small businesses to

grow. One of the big problems the country

face is that young people cannot get jobs be-

cause they have no experience and are now

unable to findwork. This is a catch 22 situ-

ation and at last we have away to break the

    impasse, she said.

Bagraim explained that the scheme ap-

plied to young South Africans aged bet-

ween 18 and 29whowere starting their first

jobs. Even better grants were available for

    companies which employed matriculants

as apprentices or learners and where jobs

were linked to formal trainingat accredited

    institutions.

    RICHARD ROBERTS

    @richardjohn_rj

Haar droom is om eendag die

    wreld te verken as toergids.

Maar om daar te kom sal di 17-

    jarige van Kalkfontein eers

    deur n mentor gehelp word.

    Die mentor, ook genoem haar

    aanneempa en -suster, vorm

    deel van n gemeenskapsorgani-

    sasie, Dawn Cares, se mentor-

    skap-program, Adopt a Child.

    Die program behels dat n

man, vrou of egpaar n hor-

    skool-leerder uit n minderbe-

    voorregte gebied geldelik en

    akademies bystaan deur die

    leerder aan te neem.

    Harriet Lucas, nmatriekleer-

der by die Horskool Sarepta, is

    verlede week deur haar nuwe

    paGavinDodgenensydogter,

    Zelah (23), n opvoeder, aange-

    neem.

    Haar biologiese ma, Dorothy

Lucas, n enkelouer en ma van

vyf, het ges sy is baie opgewon-

de oor die feit dat haar dogter

    vanjaar geldelik en akademies

    gesteun gaan word.

Die mentor sal die leerder vir

    die laaste skooljaar bystaan en

    net die basiese benodighede aan

    die leerder verskaf, het Dawn

    Roode, stigter van Dawn Cares,

    onlangs ges.

Sy het ges die doel is ook om

dit vir die leerder teen die einde

van die jaar moontlik te maak

om na sy of haar matriekaf-

    skeidsbal toe te gaan.

    Die mentor moet ook help

om n beurs vir die leerder te

help bekom, en aansoek by n

    tersire instansie te doen, het

    Dawn verder verduidelik.

Sy het ges hulle hoop om

deur middel van die projek die

kinders aan te spoor om n suk-

ses van hul lewens te maak.

    Baie keer luister die kinders

nie na hul ouers nie, maar na

    ander.Onswil vir die kinders s

hulle moet slaag en dan gaan

    studeer. Hullemoetweet daar is

    iemand wat omgee, het Dawn

    bygevoeg.

    Dorothy het ges haar dogter

    is n harde werker.

Sy is betrokke by die kerk,

die jeug en sing in die koor. Ek

    wil h haar skoolloopbaanmoet

glad verloop, maar dit gaan nie

altyd geldelik goed nie, het die

    ma ges.

Harriet het ges sy is gelukkig

en dat die mentorskap n verlig-

    ting vir haar ma is.

Gavin, n pa van ses, het ges

daar is n nood vir so n projek

    in gemeenskappe soos Kalkfon-

    tein.

Ek wil n verskil maak. Daar

    is kinders wat potensiaal het,

    maar weens geldelike druk kan

    hulle nie noodwendig hul doel

    bereik nie.

    Hy het ges tersire opleiding

    is baie belangrik vir matriku-

    lante.

    VEnigiemandwatDawnCareswil kon

tak in verband met die projek, kan

    Dawn Roode by 081 380 4668 kontak.

    Mentorskap

    gee jonges kans

Adopt a Child, aangeneem. Die projek behels dat mense wat dit

geldelik kan bekostig matriekleerders uit minderbevoorregte gebiede

akademies en geldelik steun. FOTO: RICHARD ROBERTS

    Die Adopt a Childpro

    jek is onlangs weer

    bekendgestel. Die

    projek word bestuur

    deur die nieregerings

    organisasie, Dawn

    Cares. Mense, wat dit

    geldelik kan bekostig,

    kan n matriekleerder

    aanneem en na die

    leerder se geldelike en

    akademiese behoeftes

    omsien. Hier staan

    Dawn Roode, Zelah

    Dodgen, Dorothy Lucas,

    Harriet Lucas, Janice

    outhAfrican icon, PJ Pow-

    ers, is showing fans anoth-

er side in her new produc-

tion, Firefly, currently on at the

    Roxy Review Bar.

In order to see your firefly,

there has to be darkness, PJ

says, explaining the name of the

    production.

    Im a recovering alcoholic,

she goes on, explaining that the

alcoholism took her to rock bot-

    tom.

It was in that blackness that

    I saw my firefly.

Her addiction is one of the

very personal parts of her jour-

ney that PJ explores in her inti-

    mate new show.

Cape Town is an area that I

havent exposed myself to for a

couple of years and the Roxy

    Theatre is a fabulous theatre,

PJ says of her decision to stage

    the show in Cape Town.

Also I am very nervous of

    smaller audiences, she says,

    adding: A sea of 10 000 people

    is much more comfortable for

    me.

    Expose

I just decided if I was going

    to exposemyself in thisway that

I am, because people find things

out about me, that they dont

    know, that they havent ever

read before, that I wanted to do

it in a more comfortable envi-

    ronment than Johannesburg,

    PJ explains, adding that Johan-

nesburg tends to be a harsh

    place sometimes.

    While busy with the produc-

tion, PJ is also in the process of

    writing a book with Marianne

    Tham as a ghost-writer, which

is another reason why she is in

    Cape Town.

She had been flying to and fro

    between Johannesburg and

Cape Town so far, but PJ says:

The truth is the writing has to

be done by the end of March.

On her days off, PJ is spend-

    ing time with Marianne work-

ing on the book, which is the sto-

    ry of her life.

But its not just the story of

my life, PJ says, adding: Its a

    story about South Africa, its

    about this young white apoliti-

    cal, middle-class human being

    who suddenly was embraced by

    the whole of Africa.

    There are many parallels

    about South Africa and the

country that we live in and my

    life, she goes on.

    PJ also discovered a comedi-

an in herself along the way. I

wanted to be able to tell some of

the stories that I have, she

says, adding that there are some

    things that have happened in

her life that are extremely fun-

    ny.

    Addiction

In her fifth year of sobriety,

PJ says she has watched how

    the disease of addiction has

    pulled many families apart and

is busy pulling our country to

pieces. This is what made her

    want to tell her story.

    Her relationship with the late

    Nelson Mandela, which she has

    never spoken about before, is

one of the highs that PJ looks at

    in Firely.

I was very lucky to have a

    close relationship with him and

he was a constant guide, she

says, adding that he even wrote

    to her from prison.

The lows she talks about is

    where her career hit the

    skids.

I lost my house, lost my car,

    lost every material possession I

had and had to start again, she

    says.

Most of it is done with quite

    self deprecating humour, PJ

says of her show, adding: I

    dont mind laughing at myself.

Last year, PJ released a new

    album, called Destiny.

I do believe that we create our

own destinies, she says of the

name, adding: I think that our

    thoughts become our desti-

    nies.

    Those songs came from pain

    and hurt and happiness, PJ

says of her new album adding

that from a lyrical point of view

each song is like a little book.

    Lyrics are very important to

    me, she says, adding: Each

    song has a whole story.

    Firefly includes PJs well-

loved hits along with some of

the songs off her new album.

    The show runs at GrandWests

    Roxy Review Bar Wednesdays

    Die Tygerbergdienssentrum vir Bejaardes en

Mobiele Etes voorsien weekliks etes aan ongeveer

250 bejaardes, behoeftige gesinne en kinders by

Parowpark.

    toebroodjies.

wil help, kan Linda Louw of Patricia Ellis kontak

by 021 939 4043.
